Job Summary

  • The Field Medical Alignment Director (FMAD) supports the achievement of scientific and medical strategies across the portfolio of Company Products, serving as part of the Country Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team.
  • Key responsibilities include working on the continuous development, continuity, alignment and improvement of cross-functional activities, systems and processes impacting all the Country Therapeutic Area (TA) Field Medical Affairs.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits, retirement benefits, including 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree
  • 5 years field medical affairs experience
  • 2 years in HQ role or equivalent
  • 3 years working in oncology
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, strategic, tactical planning, project leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle demanding workload
  • Ability to work across diverse portfolio
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Business acumen
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional matrix teams
  • Proven track record in medical and scientific development strategies
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Suite
