Job Summary

  • As a core member of the High Voltage Products MEA leadership team, the HR Business Partner MEA will provide strategic HRBP guidance and is responsible for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business.
  • You will counsel and coach business leaders, advise on appropriate solutions, and represent the business in its interactions with the CoEs and HR Operations to ensure alignment and the delivery of effective HR support.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and ethical standards, maintaining a compliant and responsible HR operating environment.
