Job Summary

  • The Manager of Human Resources leads and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the facility including employment and compliance; recruiting and staffing; employee orientation, onboarding, and training; performance management and improvement; employee retention and engagement; policy development; employee relations; and compensation, payroll and benefits administration.
  • Develops and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale, motivation and engagement.
