Key Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related Technical field; or high school diploma and two years related military or electric utility technical experience.
  • 2 years DMS/EMS/SCADA experience with Associate's Degree or 4 years with high school diploma (SG6).
  • 4 years DMS/EMS/SCADA experience with Associate's Degree or 6 years with high school diploma (SG7).
  • 6 years EMS/SCADA experience with Associate's Degree or 8 years with high school diploma (SG8).
  • Detailed knowledge in one to three areas: Application development, Operating System support, Computer system administration, Database technologies and support.
