Job Summary

• The Business Manager – Global Supply Chain leads plant-level supply chain and business performance, supporting Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective production.
• This role is a key partner in launch and pilot activities, owning material readiness and ensuring cross-functional alignment to meet customer, quality, delivery, and financial targets.
• The position builds strong working relationships with operations, engineering, GPSC, quality, and union partners, while maintaining awareness of all KPI metrics, communicating department goals, and leveraging resources to resolve issues.
