Job Summary

  • Serve as primary point of contact for client interactions, internal and external business partners, including Financial Advisors, their clients, and Private Bankers using a variety of communication types to include verbal (preferred) and written.
  • Act as the initial escalation point for loans in process; provide alternative solutions and discernment to escalate further when necessary; demonstrate the ability to de-escalate situations as appropriate.
  • Provide perspective and feedback relative to client experience enhancements and process efficiencies.

  • Able to register with NMLS
