  • The cook must maintain the kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner while preparing tasteful meals and special diets.
  • The role includes supervisory duties, assisting with meal serving, cleaning, and participating in orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
