Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles within warehousing, or distribution
  • Proven track record of selling Contract Logistics or complex B2B supply chain solutions
  • Experience in the West Africa market
  • Operational experience in Contract Logistics strongly preferred
  • Strong network with C-level and operational decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of warehousing design, cost drivers, operations, value-added services, and distribution models
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and contract management skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability
  • Fluent in French and English
