Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years Production Team Leader experience
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
  • AS or BS degree preferred
  • 5 years production leadership experience preferred
  • Formal Lean Training preferred
  • Ability to stand/sit for 10-hour shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
