Job Summary

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, organizing, tracking, and maintaining NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
  • Review contracts and summarize key terms and risk areas, including liability caps, indemnification, termination clauses, payment terms, and data usage provisions.
  • The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 USD annually, eligible for equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
