We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Secretarial & Compliance Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience handling Singapore corporate secretarial matters and regulatory compliance for SMEs and private companies. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for Singapore companies Prepare and file annual returns, resolutions, incorporation documents, and statutory filings with ACRA Maintain statutory registers and corporate records Assist with company incorporations, strike-offs, share transfers, and changes in company structure Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and related regulations Liaise with clients, banks, government authorities, auditors, and tax agents Support KYC, AML/CFT, and compliance procedures Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions Assist with Employment Pass and immigration-related administrative matters when required Provide general administrative and client support Requirements3–4 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial and compliance work in Singapore Familiar with ACRA BizFile+ system and Singapore Companies Act requirements Experience working in a corporate secretarial firm, accounting firm, or professional services environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience with corporate secretarial software is an advantage Preferred QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Business, Law, Accounting, or related field ICSA/CSIS or related qualification is a plus What We OfferFriendly and entrepreneurial work environment Exposure to international clients and growing businesses Career growth opportunities Competitive salary based on experience To apply, please send your CV and expected salary to [your email]
