Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning the nursing services portion of resident discharge plans.
  • This role requires ensuring that a sufficient number of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for each shift to maintain quality care for all residents.
