Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure safety and quality active treatment for the people residing in his/her assigned homes and day placements through direct support and service implementation.
This position will be involved in supporting the individual in every aspect of his/her life, providing continuous active treatment and training based on their needs, wishes, preferences, strengths, and potential for learning.
The J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center is an ICF certified facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, offering comprehensive residential care and located in a picturesque area of North Carolina.
