Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
  • You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters, providing coaching and guidance to both your team and site associates while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and other standards.
  • This position requires creating a culture of EHSS excellence by driving associate engagement through programs like SAFE-Together and managing incident investigations to determine root causes.
