Job Summary
Support the Mechanical Maintenance and Operations team in maintaining and operating facility systems under the direction of senior technicians.
Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) activities on mechanical equipment and utility systems following established job plans and safety procedures.
Learn to interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment schematics, understanding how systems interconnect and flow is controlled.

Familiarity with HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, pumps, valves, and process utility systems
Basic understanding of CMMS tools such as Maximo or similar
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Technical Certificate, associate’s degree, or training in Mechanical, HVAC, or Industrial Maintenance preferred
