Project management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
Flexible shift work including night shift

Experience with Toyota Production System
Battery process and cell/module production knowledge
Cross functional team leadership
Use of problem-solving tools like 5-why analysis
Industrial process engineering skills
Experience in highly automated production environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Manufacturing or engineering experience
Experience with project scope, scheduling, and vendor management
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, and robotics equipment
