Job Summary

  • You will play a key role in the heart of operations by supporting installation and service teams in improving operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • The position requires regular field presence (1-2 days per week) to pilot performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives with regional operational directors.
  • As a quality reference, you are responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 certification and ensuring compliance with elevator regulations through process audits and external audit preparation.
