• Serve as the single-point, end-to-end owner and operator for a designated segment of the global real estate portfolio, accountable for both strategic roadmap definition and hands-on execution.
• Act as the primary strategic partner to OU leadership, translating business goals into prioritized real estate initiatives and portfolio actions, including financial impacts and funding strategies.
• Own capital and operating budget decisions for portfolio initiatives, developing business cases, managing forecasts, controlling costs, and reporting ROI to leadership.
