Job Summary

  • To support and ensure clinical patient care leadership, provide clinical leadership to plan, coordinate and manage personnel and resources in order to provide the highest quality patient care with trained, professional and competent staff in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Major Responsibilities include serving in the role of Charge Nurse, maintaining staffing requirements, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assure the delivery of quality care, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory agency standards.
