Job Summary

  • The Manager, Strategy and Operations, AIA is responsible for developing and executing integrated and impactful business operations across the US Commercial AIA organization and in support of AIA initiatives.
  • The role requires a high level of networking, collaboration, and partnership with different areas of the organization so development and execution of capabilities are consistent with broader initiatives across the Commercial AIA organizations.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $106,000.00 to $176,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
