Base: $161,000-$215,000; Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on percentage of base salary; Benefits: Comprehensive health, 401(k) match, tuition assistance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 5 years of finance experience
Financial modeling and Hyperion/Oracle proficiency
Quarterly travel to Cincinnati or Boston required
Nice-to-have
Experience with business process redesign and LEAN
Prior FP&A role with corporate HQ consolidation
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities
Leadership experience motivating cross-functional teams
Key Requirements
