Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
Knowledge of Aged Care Act and Quality Standards
Experience in clinical education or supervision roles
Understanding of clinical risk and continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice-to-have
Post Graduate Qualifications in relevant field
Willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Assessment
Participation in Mercy Health Foundation Improvement program
Proactive approach to building positive workforce culture
Key Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
Minimum Certificate IV in Assessment and Training or willingness to obtain within 12 months
Previous experience in clinical education or supervision roles
