Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Act and Quality Standards
  • Experience in clinical education or supervision roles
  • Understanding of clinical risk and continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Post Graduate Qualifications in relevant field
  • Willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Assessment
  • Participation in Mercy Health Foundation Improvement program
  • Proactive approach to building positive workforce culture

Key Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Assessment and Training or willingness to obtain within 12 months
  • Previous experience in clinical education or supervision roles
  • Evidence of Police check and/or NDIS clearance
