The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition.
The role requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves maintaining a positive and calm environment for residents.

Key Requirements
