Must-have
Python development with FastAPI
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Kubernetes and containerized platforms
Collaboration with onshore and offshore teams
Troubleshooting and production support
Large Language Models (LLMs) experience
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Advising and coaching junior analysts
Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Financial Services industry experience
Key Requirements
5+ years Python development experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience with enterprise-scale applications
Experience with cross-functional development teams
