Must-have
Manual testing with retail experience
Test planning and execution
Defect management and reporting
ERP, CRM, OMS, and WMS integration testing
SQL / DB and API testing
Agile and Scrum methodologies
Jira, Zephyr & Confluence tools
Nice-to-have
Basics of UI automation tools
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in UK shift
Passion for quality and process
Team collaboration and feedback
Project and priority management
Key Requirements
5+ years manual testing experience
3+ years experience with NetSuite, SCALE, OMS, Manhattan Systems, Salesforce
Experience with retail testing
Experience in Agile development cycle
Ability to work UK shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM India time)
