Job Summary
At Raytheon Intelligence and Space, the Cell Leader will take full accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance of a multi-cell/multi-shift operation in a high visibility manufacturing environment.
This position requires direct supervision of over 15 production operators and involves collaboration with upstream and downstream teams to ensure continuous manufacturing of Hybrid assemblies.
