Job Summary

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients, providing friendly and efficient customer service while performing accurate banking transactions.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services, and educate clients on digital and self-service options to help generate branch revenue.
• Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of client and bank assets, while assessing risk and applying sound ethical judgment.
