The individual will play a pivotal role in driving innovation in functional ingredients while collaborating across global networks to deliver impactful technical innovation, aligned with The Coca-Cola Company's strategic vision and OU innovation needs.

Base: $131,000 - $153,000; Bonus/Equity: 15% Annual Incentive; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits

Key Requirements
Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Life science, Molecular biology, Cell biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related
5-7 years of related research and application work experience
Expertise in cognition, brain and gut axis, healthy aging, human trials
Strong leadership capability
Ability to protect proprietary information and file patent applications
