Lead the comprehensive annual budgeting process, establishing targets, guidelines, and timelines in partnership with the executive team.

Key Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A
Managerial experience preferred
Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences company experience is a plus
Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
Strong experience with financial planning software
Strong experience with large-scale ERP systems
Deep understanding of GAAP
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
