Job Summary

  • In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for all administrative HR issues for managers and employees within HELM AG and the European branches.
  • You will be involved in digital workflows in our eHR system (SAP Success Factors, UKG People Doc), manage these and derive corresponding activities.
  • Together with you, we accompany and support employees in 14 European countries, which means that changes in regulations and internal changes to the organization require constant adjustments to our working methods.
