Job Summary
Provide effective Platform support to our White Label clients and establish and maintain relationships with them.
Provide core operations support including Fund data maintenance, Fund Provider maintenance, Holiday maintenance and notification, User maintenance and triaging Production Related Queries/Incident Management.
Conduct and finalise testing prior to system release updates or patches and assist in collating and tracking testing feedback and enhancement requests.
