Job Summary

  • Provide effective Platform support to our White Label clients and establish and maintain relationships with them.
  • Provide core operations support including Fund data maintenance, Fund Provider maintenance, Holiday maintenance and notification, User maintenance and triaging Production Related Queries/Incident Management.
  • Conduct and finalise testing prior to system release updates or patches and assist in collating and tracking testing feedback and enhancement requests.
