Job Summary

• The Manager, HR Technology & Data Architecture will lead and oversee the teams’ day-to-day operations and support the Director, HR Technology Programs to develop integrated technology solutions to enable HR strategy effectiveness.
• This role leads day-to-day HR technology operations while also serving as the primary owner of system integration, data integrity, and technical design across HR platforms.

• 7+ years HR technology / HRIS / integration experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Prior Human Resources experience
• Ability to work in office 3 days per week
