Job Summary
Define, maintain, and support Operational Smart Grids (OSG) infrastructure operational policies, standards, best practices, procedures, tools, and projects for efficient, resilient, and secure operations.
Monitor operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and align operational requirements with global/corporate requirements, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
Provide timely responses to incidents, tasks, and requests, working with internal clients, suppliers, and technical staff to identify, design, and support technical solutions.
