Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or college degree
  • Electrical or plumbing background preferred
  • Comfort with scissor lifts, genie lifts, and ladders
  • Proficiency with hand, power, machine, and diagnostic tools
  • Ability to read drawings, schematics, and blueprints
  • Experience in HVAC, electrical, and carpentry
  • Proficiency with electrical gear
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Word)
  • Possess or acquire NIULPE license
  • Union membership in Local 95 of IUOE required
