Job Summary

• Manage store operations to drive sales, control expenses, reduce losses and damages, including merchandise presentation, warehouse, checkout, stockroom, customer service, markdowns, planning, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates, ensuring they are supported and motivated, leading by example and providing feedback on succession planning and development plans.
• Communicate and implement TJX Canada programs, procedures, and policies to reduce risks and expenses, reviewing store reports, conducting walk-throughs, audits, and organizing program meetings with associates.
