Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Maintenance Fitter is to provide production support on plant machinery, including breakdown troubleshooting, project implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is part of a maintenance team covering 24-hour operations, 5 days a week, with additional support for weekend production as required.
Ensure all equipment complies with Australian Safety Standards.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues

Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
Prior experience in latest technology and automation
Relevant trade qualification as a Fitter and Turner or similar
Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent (desirable)
