Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years in biotech/pharma data analytics
  • 5+ years in medical affairs or clinical operations analytics
  • Hands-on literacy with CTMS, EDC, IRT/RTSM systems
  • Strong BI skills using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python
  • Experience defining enterprise KPI suites and executive dashboards
  • Proven vendor and CRO management capabilities

Nice-to-have

  • Oncology or rare disease domain experience
  • Prior leadership in internal trial analytics consulting
  • Experience leading AI/ML initiatives from proof-of-concept to product
