Provide enterprise expertise in mine geology to improve understanding of orebody exposure, structural controls, and grade variability, strengthening reconciliation between geological models and mining performance.
Provide technical leadership in mine geology practices across underground and open pit operations, establishing and maintaining best-practice standards, promoting consistency across assets, and actively participating in independent peer reviews.
