Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
5 years progressive operations experience
Generac Manufacturing System implementation
Continuous improvement and Lean principles
New Product Introduction launch leadership
Nice-to-have
Sheet metal fabrication experience
SAP or equivalent ERP system knowledge
Kanban and PFEP flow principles
Diversity of team skills leadership
Positive can-do team atmosphere creation
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
5 years progressive operations or lean management experience
3-5 years experience in sheet metal fabrication (preferred)
3 years demonstrated implementation experience in Lean principles (preferred)
