Must-have
7+ years experience in Biotech/pharmaceutical
cGMP regulatory compliance knowledge
Process Design and HAZOP studies
Equipment specification and procurement
Commissioning validation (FAT SAT IQ OQ PQ)
Change control management expertise
Nice-to-have
Chartered Engineer status preferred
Culture of participation and knowledge sharing
External focus on industry best practices
Experience with influenza vaccine production
Cross-functional team collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Recognized degree in Chemical/Process Engineering
7+ years experience preferably in cGMP environments
