Job Summary

  • Manage and support remote monitoring applications and devices hosted on Microsoft Azure across multiple geographical regions.
  • Act as an Azure Subject Matter Expert, ensuring high availability, performance, security, scalability, and cost optimization of cloud environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Frontline teams, Partners, and Operations teams for issue resolution and continuous service improvements.
