Job Summary
Maintains the confidentiality, security and integrity of medical records according to Rochester Regional Health policies along with State and Federal regulations.
Supports the daily operations of the practice by ensuring that patient needs are being met.
Performs a variety of duties to include, but not limited to data entry, scanning, faxing, copying, mailing, phone calls, chart boxing, provided direction and training to team members as instructed by leadership.
