Endless Surf is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Construction, Systems Integration & Launch to oversee global projects involving their innovative wave lagoon systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within construction or complex systems delivery, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of Endless Surf projects globally, from contract execution through to operational launch and ongoing service activation.
This role is accountable for delivering the Endless Surf wave lagoon system as a fully integrated subsystem within client-led developments, combining project delivery, technical integration, commercial ownership, and operational readiness.
Working within a fast-growing business, this role will also establish scalable project management processes, governance, and reporting frameworks, and support the development of a global project delivery capability.
