Candidates must be able to respond to building service calls, troubleshoot problems, and perform preventative maintenance on domestic water and electrical systems.
The position requires working extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays while maintaining safety standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 years experience with building mechanical systems
EPA Type I, II, or III Certification required
Ability to lift 75lbs regularly
Skilled in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment
Available for on-call after-hours and weekend support
Nice-to-have
Technical training in HVAC preferred
Apprentice Electricians License preferred
Experience operating Genie Lift or Forklift
Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems
Previous experience in convention center environments
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
