Job Summary

  • This role will ensure that users are put at the heart of a change delivery, by understanding the likely impact on users and sources of resistance, and tailoring activities to accommodate this.
  • Develop and execute a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communications plans, stakeholder management plans, workforce transition plans, training plans and change readiness plans.
