Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervisors and the Director of Nursing Services.
• You will accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications commonly used in the facility, while following established nursing standards and facility policies.
• The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident care information and cooperating with facility surveys and quality assurance programs to improve medication administration processes.
