The APAC Regional SOC Analyst at NXP will assist in day-to-day defensive information security operations to protect IT, OT, and R&D environments within the CIO Regional Command Center.
This role involves developing and implementing security strategies, collaborating with various teams to strengthen security posture, and leading regional SOC team members to ensure continuity of operations.
The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of OT manufacturing environments and be passionate about incident response and information security operations center leadership.

Threat detection and monitoring
Vulnerability assessments and risk management
Security automation and playbook enhancement

Knowledge of cloud security architectures
Collaboration with engineering and R&D teams
Experience with ICS/SCADA and industrial IoT
Compliance with NIST, IEC, MITRE frameworks
Key Requirements
10+ years cybersecurity experience
2+ years Crowdstrike Falcon experience
At least two desired certifications
Experience with ICS, SCADA, industrial cyber threats
