Job Summary
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities for the Penang Assembly and Test Manufacturing new site, serving as the single program owner accountable for planning, executing, and delivering complex, cross-functional NPI programs.
Own end-to-end NPI program execution, driving new product and technology transfer from Product Division and Technology Development into Penang Assembly and Test Manufacturing, while establishing and maintaining integrated program plans.
Lead new product validation with initial volume to meet customer demand with strong focus on quality, yield, and cost performance, monitoring and driving achievement of Critical Success Indicators (CSIs).

Statistical data analysis knowledge
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
