The Sales Director – EPC & Marine is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and driving AVEVA’s growth across the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) and Marine & Shipbuilding segments in India.

Key Requirements
18+ years of enterprise software or industrial technology sales experience
Deep exposure to EPC, Marine, Shipbuilding, Infrastructure, Energy, or Process Industries
Proven record of scaling businesses and leading transformations
Strong GTM design and modern sales methodology experience
Exceptional people leadership and executive presence
Ability to operate in complex, global matrix organizations
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business
