Job Summary
Lead and oversee all ocean freight operations to ensure service excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Drive the team to meet all Operational Excellence KPIs set by BPO, including AR Timeliness & Accuracy, AP Incomplete Post Day, WIP, Accrual, and Job Close targets.
Achieve product volume and P&L performance targets, collaborating with Finance to meet Cash Flow KPIs.
